Project overview

Eye Roll Pictures is a camera rental service operated by two full-time filmmakers, located in New York. They came to us as a start-up wanting to create a brand identity and starter website built with future expansion in mind.

Logo & brand development

The keywords we used to guide us through the logo and brand development were minimalist, experienced, professional, playful, and creative. Designing this logo was an adventure as we worked to incorporate all of these feels into one simple graphic. We are ecstatic over the final result and feel it meets the goal perfectly.

Color and file guides were created, along with supporting typefaces and graphics for print and web use. The business card design is minimal, sleek, and eye catching – paper choice and printing technique played an important role here.

 

Web design & development

The goal of the website is to clearly communicate the brand feeling and services offered, in a minimalist fashion with the ability to expand offerings in the future. We created the subtle color-fade animation in the top bar of the website to create visual interest, keep it playful, yet minimal and professional.
